As mature human being who has been interacting with the society and world for than 30 years, one must have been had many friends, colleagues, and acquaintances. Maybe they do not meet each other for many years, then when they meet again, some of them are looked younger than their ages, and the rest of them start asking the person, what is their secrets to stay younger and happy in their ages. The Author secretly listen and do a little bit research about this, and now she is ready to reveal and share the secret for being or looking younger in 30s.
· Related to what we eat and drink, we should : 1. Eat healthy foods for daily life. We are human being, cannot deny to admit that some of the junk foods are also delicious, but we must remember to keep healthy, we must reduce the frequency of eating such foods. Furthermore maybe some day in the future, we can replace our habit, to eat only healthy foods in daily life. 2. Drink minimum 8 glasses of water – to avoid dehydration & dry skin. With drinking minimum 8 glasses per day, we can postpone our skin to become dry. We can have better skin structure because our skin has enough water inside. |
3. Eat many vegetables and fruits which contains antioxidant, Vitamin C, E, B, Alpha & Beta carotene which can avoid skin cancer.
To build our skin structure, we also must eat many vegetables and fruits which contains antioxidant and many vitamins needed to supply the skin recycle system – to renew our skin tissue periodically in some period of time. 4. Drink green teas. Green tea is very famous in Japan, the ingredient inside contains polyphenols which is very helpful as a protective agent against UV – Induced skin damaged. Polyphenols also have anti- inflammatory, anti-carcinogenic, and anti-aging properties. · Related to our habit in daily life and sanitary matters, we should : 1. To have shower minimum 2 times in a day, to clean our skin and prevent skin diseases. During the shower, using the soap that contains lotions or skin vitamins, so that our skin surface can become smoother and healthier. 2. To apply body lotion on your skin after taking shower, to prevent dry skin or dehydration. |

Do not use the whitening cream, is not healthy. It’s better to love your own colour and keep taking care of it so that you skin can be shine as healthy skin.

To wear only clean clothing in daily life. By wearing only clean clothing, we can reduce the opportunity to get contamined by skin disease or skin bacterial. 5. To reduce sunbath during summer especially after 10:00 AM in the morning, because the “Good” sunlight begins at 06:00 AM to 10:00 AM only. This will help you to reduce skin burn and to avoid further damage on your skin in the future. 6. To use sun protection cream when sun bathing, swimming, and other outdoor activities, and repeat it again after swimming or doing outdoor activities which involving water. 7. To take Skin treatment Combination among antioxidant, Vitamin C, E, B, Alpha & Beta carotene can hold skin aging, skin burn, UV radiation, and further prevent the skin cancer. Some of people decide to take this treatment in order to make their skin healthier. It maybe cost a lot of money. To clean our hearts from hatre, greedy, and anger. If our hearts are clean from Hatre, Greedy, and Anger; automatically our face and body will reflect the condition. Our physical condition is the picture of our inner condition, it can show whether you are happy or not. 3. To meditate for 10 minutes or more every day, to build our empathy and compassion. By meditating, we can reduce our anger and release our stressful tenses. Consentrating in one positive focus meditation object, may cause people to see so many positive things ahead that can be done and achieved. 4. To feel happy by seeing many positive things in our own life.
Feeling happy with what we have, will make your life more colourful and happier.
5. To reduce jealousy to others.
Without jealously to others, we can see more clearly for what we like, what we need, and what will make us happy. From that stage, we can build our own path without any disturbance from others.
6. Start to receive yourself – “just the way you are”.
Your feeling and heart will become more lighter, no worries, and no heavy or stressful things to carry on our life.
7. Explore more deeply on your strength.
By exploring your strength, you can develop yourself further.
8. Always learn new things and update yourself with new knowledge
By doing so, you will always have something to talk about with your friends and live your positive life among your friends.
