Besides that, we also have to manage our emotions during that period, It is told in the myth, that one should not be angry or sad (crying) during that day. It will bring bad luck for the following year. All should feel happy and have many laughs with their relatives and families, and try not to bother or offend each other, so that on the following year, you will have good fortune and good relationships.

What Should we do during celebrating Chinese New Year?
· Having Big Family Reunion and Big Family Dinner Party.
Some of the Chinese have already begun their celebration at the Chinese New Year Eve, most of them start the celebration with big and traditional Family Dinner Party. All the family members should visit the party. If their family still have Ancestral Altar, they should pray for a while in front of it before beginning the dinner party. After the dinner party, all of the members of the family will have big reunion, sharing the stories of their journeys during the year and talking about the opportunities for the coming year.
· In the morning, Visiting the Buddha Temples. Praying in the Buddha Temples as your grateful of the prosperity that you had in the previous year and your hope for Good health and Great Prosperity in the following year.
In the morning of the Chinese New Year, many Chinese go to the Buddha Temples. Most of them visit the Temple for praying to show their grateful of their prosperity of the year, and wishing to have better fortune and health for the new year. They also bring fruits to share their happiness and luck for others and some of them start to give the red envelops to the others.
· Visiting and Praying at the Ancestral Altar and gathering with your Families, Seniors, Ancestors, and Relatives
After visiting the Buddha Temples, they visit the Ancestor or The oldest of the family house, they pray in front of the Ancestral Altar for the first time in that new year. After finish praying, they start to greet each other, the younger family members start to greet the Seniors. The Seniors will reply the greets and giving red envelops to the juniors for their best luck wishes. Then after, they finish chatting and eating many foods like : snacks, sweets, candies, cookies, and cakes which are available; they will leave the ancestor house and start their journeys to visit other relatives who are younger.
Cap Go Meh Street or Lantern Festival will become the Ending of the Chinese New Year Celebration on the 15th day of the New Year. Mostly Chinese will be attending the Buddha Temples on that day. Then based on the schedule time, the Beautiful, Colourful, and Fascinating Lion Parades and The Lion Dances will begin their parades journeys from the temple, and will be ended on another temple. The Street on the China town or Chinese Community will be very crowded during the festival. This festival will be attended by thousand people from all the area nearby, not only local tourists who have interests on this festival, many western tourists also watch it. According to the Heads of Religion or Monks, the Chinese New Year Celebration should be celebrated with happy and grateful. It is better during Chinese New Year, people are showing their grateful on their prosperity with many social activities or donations. Do not showing off or spending money on luxuries and un-useful things.
