After graduated from school, some people decide not to continue their studies from temporary to College. Another positive option that they can choose that they can start their career immediately. Finding jobs, needs full preparation. From preparing your mental to preparing the application letters. All must be done perfectly before starting the action. But we should not be arrogant. During training or learning new things at the workplace, we should be humble, eager, and diligent. Do not be afraid to speak up about our opinions politely, if you think that it is the best way. If they dislike your opinion, do not be angry and try to receive it with open mind and heart.
